Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be suspended and any associated balances held pending the outcome of the verification process.
Each individual may hold only one account on wdtoto. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wdtoto reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings connected to those accounts.
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering your account and must keep that information updated. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must:
wdtoto will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where that access resulted from a failure on your part to maintain adequate security. All activity conducted through your account credentials is considered your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us promptly.
wdtoto accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All account balances are held and displayed in PKR.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account quickly following confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. wdtoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method. These minimums are subject to change; the current applicable minimums are always shown at the point of deposit.
You confirm that all funds you deposit are your own and have been obtained through lawful means. wdtoto does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered to you. If a deposit is found to have been made from a third-party payment source, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account reviewed.
wdtoto does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure about applicable fees.
Withdrawal requests can be made via the same channels available for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
wdtoto may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and exists to protect your account. Documents requested may include a copy of your CNIC and evidence of your payment method. Withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete where verification has been requested.
wdtoto processes withdrawal requests without unnecessary delay. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the payment method chosen and the processing times of the relevant provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers, which may take additional working days.
Funds subject to active wagering requirements — for example, bonus funds — cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met. The real-money balance and any bonus balance are displayed separately in your account so you can clearly see what is available for withdrawal at any time.
wdtoto offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each specific offer on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager a multiple of the bonus amount before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. Settlement of bets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market suspension rules.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the wdtoto support team. Before your account is closed, any verified real-money balance that is not subject to wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve months or more. wdtoto will attempt to notify you using the contact details registered on your account before any dormancy policy is applied. Any real-money balance on a dormant account will be held and will remain accessible upon account reactivation following identity verification.
